Wie ist der Arbeitsablauf bei Mad4Joomla Mailforms?

Weiterhin haben wir berichtet bekommen,dass dieses Problem aus irgendwelchen gründen nur bei PHP Installationen unter 5.2.x entsteht.
Das bedeutet, dass Sie entweder auf PHP 5.2.x upgraden oder eine Joomla Version unter 1.5.8 benutzen müssen. Wir werden uns mit der Lösung dieses Problems weiterhin intesiv beschäftigen. Berichten Sie uns weiterhin wenn dieses Problem auftritt.

Warum werden die Mails nicht an mich gesendet?

Ungefähr 90% aller Provider bieten in ihren Pakten die Funktion "Sendmail" an.
Lediglich die absoluten Sparangebote oder manches kostenloses Hostingpaket haben "Sendmail" nicht eingeschaltet. Mad4Joomla Mailforms verwendet das Sendmail Verfahren mit den PHP- eigenen Mailfunktionen. Wenn Ihre Mails nicht versendet werden, fehlt entweder Sendmail oder Ihr PHP Paket unterstützt nicht die native Mailfunktion.
Ab der Version 1.1.9 wird die Joomla- eigene PHPMail Funktion verwendet !!!

Was soll das mit "Alle Formulare" und "Ohne Kategorie" ?
Sie müssen einem Formular nicht eine Kategorie zuweisen. Diese werden unter Ohne Kategorie aufgelistet. Alle Formulare zeigt im Backend alle Formulare an.
Wird auf "Alle Formulare" verlinkt, erhalten Sie im Frontend eine Auflistung aller Kategorien. Bei der Verlinkung aller anderen Kategorien, inklusive "Ohne Kategorie" erhalten Sie eine Auflistung aller Formulare der Kategorie.
Wenn Sie kein Formular erstellt haben das keiner Kategorie zugeordnet wurde, wird bei der Auflistung "Alle Formulare", "Ohne Kategorie" nicht angezeigt.

Wie verlinke ich richtig?
Benutzen Sie immer die eignen Link-Funktionen von Mad4Joomla Mailforms.
Zu den Kategorien können Sie im Bereich "Formulare" mit den Link-Button rechts neben der Kategoriewahl verlinken. Möchten Sie zu einem bestimmten Formular direkt verlinken, benutzen Sie den Linkbutton in der Formularliste.
(Dies gilt nur für die J1.5 Version. Die neue J2.5 Version verwendet wie andere Komponenten auch, das Joomla Menüsystem!)

Mein Captcha wird nicht oder nicht richtig angezeigt.
Dies ist kein Bug der Software. Es gibt bei Ihnen ein Konflikt mit der Einstellung des Servers (Provider), der Template CSS oder Schreibrechte.
Das CSS Captcha hat öfter mal Probleme mit langsamen Servern die die Bilder langsam generieren oder mit komplexen CSS. Prüfen Sie auch ob GD installiert ist. Hierfür haben wir zwei alternative Captchatechniken eingebaut die man in der Konfiguration einstellen kann.
Ansonsten müssen die Ordner die Rechte 755 besitzen. Prüfen Sie auch das nach.

Der Mailforms Nachfolger Proforms enthält 5 Captcha-Techniken. Unter anderem auch reCaptcha was den Sicherheitscode von einer externen Quelle bezieht, und somit nicht von Ihrem Server abhängig ist. Sollten Sie gar keinen Sicherheitscode angezeigt bekommen bitten wir Sie unsere neue Joomla Formular Erweiterung zu erwerben.

Darf ich den Copyright Link entfernen?
M4J Mailforms ist unter der GPL Lizenz. Es kostet keinen Cent. Sie werden uns zustimmen, dass ein bischen Werbung für unser Unternehmen nicht zu viel verlangt ist. Deshalb ist es nicht gestattet den Copyright Link in irgendeiner Weise zu entfernen oder unkenntlich zu machen. D.h. der Link muss klar und deutlich zu entziffern sein.

Approximately 90% of all providers offer their packages with the function "sendmail". Only saving offers or some free hosting packages don't use "sendmail. There you can link to "All Forms" which leads to a listing of all active categories including the pseudo category "Without category". Or you can link directly to a specific category (also to "Without category"). This will list all forms containing in this category.

If "Without category" doesn't contain any form, it will not be listed at the "All forms" listing.

How do i link correctly?
Always use the appropriate link features of Mad4Joomla Mailforms!
Linking with Joomlas native linking function routes always to a listing of all categories.
Under "Forms" you can link to a category with the link button right next to the category selection list. If you like to link directly to a specific form use the link buttons in the form list.
(This only applies for the J1.5 version the J2.5 version only uses Joomla's native menu linking system)

My captcha is not showing or is not showing correctly.
This is not a bug of the software. There is a conflict with the attitudes of the server (Provider), the template CSS or with the permission settings.
The CSS Captcha has occasionally problems with slow servers generating images slowly or with complex CSS. Also check whether GD is installed.
We provide two alternative captcha techniques which you can set in the configuration. If this doesn't work check if the "sec" folder and all including files are set to 755.
At least it might be possible, that your server uses an old version of GD.
